Pre-order information

All first-collection garments are currently available for pre-order.

Once your garments have completed production, arrived at SYLARO and passed our quality checks, your order will be carefully packed and dispatched.

Standard and express shipping options refer to delivery after dispatch and do not affect manufacturing timelines.

All first-collection garments currently share the same estimated dispatch window, so orders containing more than one garment are dispatched together in a single shipment, at no additional shipping cost.

Dispatch

Pre-orders are estimated to dispatch in early to mid December 2026. In-stock orders are dispatched from Australia within two business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Every parcel is tracked.

Within Australia, standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $130 AUD or more. Internationally, standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $300 AUD to New Zealand, and over $400 AUD everywhere else.

Standard Tracked Shipping (3–5 business days) — $6.95 on orders under $130
Complimentary Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — Free on orders $130 and over
Express Tracked Shipping (1–2 business days) — $16.95

Express shipping is available on any Australian order, including orders that qualify for complimentary standard shipping. All delivery times apply from dispatch.

New Zealand

Standard (5–10 business days) — $30.00

USA

Standard (7–14 business days) — $45.00

UK, Europe & Rest of World

Standard (7–14 business days) — $50.00

Duties and taxes

International orders may attract customs duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
